Returns

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the items without giving any reason.

Returns are excluded for the following items:

• Personalized products

• Gift vouchers

• Gift wrapping

• Items where returns are explicitly excluded on the product page

We only accept returns if the products are in like-new, unused condition.
Please use the original packaging for your return and leave all tags attached to the items.

If the delivered item is defective or an ordered item is missing, please contact our customer service immediately.

Currently, we do not offer free returns.

Please include the delivery note in your package. If it is no longer available, you can add a handwritten note with your order number and name. This helps us process your return correctly. Also, clearly write your return address on the package.

Send the package with the shipping provider of your choice. Please ship the package insured and keep the receipt or tracking link.

If the 14-day return period has expired and no extended return window has been confirmed, your order will be returned to you.

Once your package arrives at our warehouse and we have inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 10 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they are delivered together;

• You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you ordered goods delivered in multiple shipments or pieces.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (LINDFALL, Auweg 1A, 82439 Munich, Germany, email: info[at]lindfall.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract via a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of the withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to the LINDFALL warehouse, Auweg 1a, 82439 Grossweil, Germany, without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 14 days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion or expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations on the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts. The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts
• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
• for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
