Shipping
Germany: Shipping costs €4.90. Free shipping for orders over €50.
Austria & Benelux: Shipping costs €7.90. Free shipping for orders over €70.
Other EU countries: Shipping costs €9.90. Free shipping for orders over €100.
We ship climate-neutral with our shipping partner DHL.
If your shipping country is not listed by default, please contact us with your order details and the desired shipping country. We will provide you with the shipping costs.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply, which are not included in the displayed total price. These costs are not covered by LINDFALL®. We have no control over these fees and cannot provide information on their amount.
Returns
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return the items without giving any reason.
Returns are excluded for the following items:

Items where returns are explicitly excluded on the product page
We only accept returns if the products are in like-new, unused, and original packaging condition.
Please use the original packaging for your return and include the product packaging intact.
If the delivered product is defective or an item is missing, please contact our customer service immediately.
Currently, we do not offer free returns.

Please include the delivery note in your package. If it is no longer available, you can add a handwritten note with your order number and name. This helps us correctly process your return. Also, clearly write your return address on the package.
Send the package with the shipping provider of your choice. Please ship the package insured and keep the receipt or tracking link.
If the 14-day return period has expired and no extended return window has been confirmed, your order will be returned to you.
Once your package arrives at our warehouse and we have inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 14 days. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for your original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).
